Required Skills Active licensing in WA, OR, and DEA credentials in both states Board certification or eligibility within five years of residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with hospice experience preferred for IM or FM candidates Proven experience in hospice care, telehealth, and symptom management Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle complex patient cases effectively Nice to Have Skills Experience with telehealth platforms and remote patient monitoring Bilingual proficiency or additional language skills Previous exposure to overlapping roles with Nurse Practitioners in hospice settings Knowledge of crisis management within hospice care Preferred Education and Experience MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Active board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Valid licenses and DEA registrations for WA and OR with the capacity to treat patients across the Portland and Medford areas Prior experience in hospice and palliative medicine preferred Other Requirements Licensure and DEA compliance for WA and OR Availability for full-time work starting January 16, 2026 Ability to work irregular hours including call nights, weekends, and holiday coverage as specified BLS certification required This is a vital opportunity to serve patients with dignity and compassion apply today to join our dedicated healthcare team and make a difference in patients lives.
