Seeking a board-certified OB/GYN for a permanent position in Houston with a $100,000 sign-on bonus, joining a four-physician group with a mix of clinic and OR days, 1:5 call, and laborist support. Expected volume ~26-28 patients/day when ramped, ~10-12 deliveries/month, 4-5 GYN OR cases/week, with access to robotics, EPIC EMR, full support staff, and favorable VBAC policies. Compensation is base + RVU ($400k-$800k typical), plus pay-for-performance, relocation, PTO, CME allowance, benefits, and malpractice with tail coverage.
