Job Details / Qualifications:
- Full time, Employed position
- Must be ABMS/AOA Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Must hold US citizenship or permanent residency
- Must obtain a Florida license
- Established practice serving community for over 3 years
- Replacing physician and joining midlevel provider
- Midlevel supervision
- No inpatient care responsibilities
- Utilizing Athenahealth for EMR
- Physician Governance Council allows for physician input into strategic planning and operational policies for the employed physician group
