Overnight Maintenance Technician

Overnight shift with consistent schedule and career growth in an established manufacturing leader. Overnight Maintenance Technician, New Castle, PA. Sunday–Thursday 8pm–6am. Full-time, ongoing (permanent) supporting plant operations in a manufacturing environment. - Minimum 2 years industrial maintenance experience - Forklift operator license or ability to obtain - Ability to follow written/oral instructions and communicate effectively - Familiarity with plant equipment, operations, and processes - Strong safety focus

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking an Overnight Maintenance Technician to join their team. As an Overnight Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Overnight Maintenance Technician

Location: New Castle, PA

Pay Range: DOE

Shift: Sunday thru Thursday 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.

What's the Job?

• Work safely and support safety culture and programs.
• Perform advanced equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on plant systems.
• Fabricate, assemble parts, and install machinery and plumbing fixtures.
• Order parts and materials, maintain accurate work records, and support lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Train personnel in safe equipment use and support continuous improvement efforts.

What's Needed?

• At least 2 years of experience in an industrial maintenance setting.
• Ability to understand written and oral instructions and communicate effectively.
• Possession of a forklift operator license or the ability to obtain one with training.
• Familiarity with equipment, operations, and processes at AMG – TAC, LLC.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
