This position is primarily staffed in one of our senior living community partners, Vitality Living of Elizabethtown.

 What you’ll need:  

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply  

• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program  

• Basic computer literacy skills  

• Current CPR certification
