Facility is seeking a BC Endocrinologist to become an integral part of our esteemed healthcare team. - Rewarding opportunity to provide expert care for a wide range of endocrine conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.- Experience managing both common and complex endocrine conditions- Proficiency in advanced procedures including: Thyroid biopsies, Glucose tolerance testing, Hormone replacement therapies- Team-based, multidisciplinary care environment- Proficiency with EHR systems; Cerner and EPIC experience preferred- Income Guarantee: $330,000 (for the first 2 years full-time, W2 employee model)- Sign-On Bonus: $30,000- Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 for qualified candidates- Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling to support personal and professional well-being- Licensure: Valid medical license to practice in California
