Coverage Needed:

• Start Date: 11/3/2025
• Prefer providers who can offer 16-20 shifts per month, but will review those who can offer a minimum of 12 shifts per month.
• Shifts: Blocks of 5 (8-hour shifts) or 4 (10-hour) shifts
• Shifts typically 6:30am - 3pm or 6:30am - 7pm

Clinical Details:

• Provider may be in the main OR with anywhere between 3-7 cases in a row
• Full Privileges
• Will not work solo
• EMR: Cerner/Epic
• No on-call duties
• Case Mix: Run 17 sites, Offsite ASC, Every service line including OB, Cardiac with EP cases, TAVRs, Watchman Procedures, Health Peds, Complex Neuro, Complex Thoracic, ENT, Trauma, Major Vascular, General and Colorectal, Ortho, Gyn, IR/CT/Bronch Cases, Plastics, Urology, GI, Offsite anesthesia, Robotics, Gen Surgery
• Perm CRNA Staff do all of the Cardiac cases with exception of EP. Locums may need to do EP cases.

Requirements:

• Board Certified
• State Licensure: Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Certifications Required: ACLS
• Days to Credential: 90
