Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med/Tele Unit will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring and medical-surgical support. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, monitoring cardiac rhythms, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring safe, compassionate patient care throughout the shift.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to Med/Tele patients.
- Perform continuous cardiac rhythm monitoring.
- Conduct patient assessments and document accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments per provider orders.
- Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (GA or Compact)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Tele or Telemetry experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Strong clinical judgment and prioritization skills
