Our job summary

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism, aiming to improve their skills and quality of life. This role involves personalized client care supported by supervision from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and requires active RBT credentialing. What you'll need to be successful:

RBT Credential with an active status through the BACB
Reliable transportation to homes within the greater Northern New Jersey area
Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks prior to working with our learners
Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and supervision team
