We are currently looking for a BC/BEotolaryngology physician to join our physician-owned practice with offices in Camarillo, Oxnard, Simi Valley, and Thousand Oaks, CA (Ventura County).
- Our practice was established in 1974 and is the leading ENT practice in Ventura County with a reputation for providing exceptional services to generations of patients.
- Join a collaborative team of 8 board certified ENT physicians, 7 audiologists, 2 audiology interns, 2 audiology assistants, and a tenured support staff that help ensure operational efficiency .
- Our practice provides the full scope of general ENT services to patients of all ages, and we perform our surgical procedures at local hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.
- We are looking for someone with a passion for general ENT, but may be able to accommodate specific subspecialty interests.
- Flexible full-time schedule with clinic hours Monday-Friday, and a rotating hospital call obligation at the Dignity Health Hospitals in Oxnard and Camarillo - these hospitals do not have trauma designations, which affords our physicians ample work-life balance.

Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California, Connecticut and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $300,000 to $350,00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
