Our client, Charles Industries, is seeking Production Assemblers to join their team. As a Production Assembler, you will be part of the assembly department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have dependability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Assembler
Location: Canton, MO
Pay Range: $17 - $17.50 per hour
Shifts: 2nd: M-F 3:30pm - 11:30pm
3rd: Sun - Th 11:30pm - 7:30am
What's the Job?
- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Assist in training new team members as needed.
What's Needed?
- Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required by the job.
- Assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required..
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
