Patient population includes all ages. Bread-and-butter interventional radiology procedures with up to 25% diagnostic imaging in workflow. Support from two additional interventional radiologists. Requirements Board Certification: Required Licenses & Certifications: Must hold an active state medical license, DEA, and CSR. Fellowship training is mandatory. Experience: Must be competent in diagnostic imaging studies (MR, CT, US, Nuclear Medicine). References: Three references required (one MD and two peers). Other: Candidates must adhere to the tobacco- and nicotine-free policy. Additional Information Credentialing timeframe is approximately 60 days. COVID-19 vaccine is required (no exemptions).
