Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Appliances Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of kitchen appliances, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with kitchen appliances such as ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, and other related equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing to extend appliance lifespan.
• Install new appliances according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Replace defective parts and calibrate systems for proper functionality.
• Maintain accurate service records and provide clear reports on repairs and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate technical information in a clear, professional manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in appliance repair preferred.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing kitchen appliances.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation.
