The Restaurant Service Manager oversees front-of-house operations in a high-volume full-service restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and managing inventory and team development. Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences on each and every occasion.
- Accountable for inventory counts and reconciliation
- Responsible for training and development of all FOH team members.
- Orchestrate both on-site and off-campus charity and grassroots events and model being a good neighbor.
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- One to two years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
- Familiarity with high volume sales in excess of $3 million annually
- Knowledge and passion for craft beer and cocktails
- Exceptional multi-tasking abilities
