Full-Time or Part-Time High Earning Potential Partnership Track
A thriving multi-specialty dental group in Central Arkansas is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Oral Surgeon to join its established surgical team.
Practice Highlights:
- Locations: Greater Little Rock (Full-Time) & Southern Arkansas (Full-Time or Part-Time)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM-4 PM
- Daily Volume: 25-30 patients
- Mix: FFS, Insurance, Medicaid
- Facilities: 3 operatories + 2 exam rooms per site
- Technology: Modern surgical suites, anesthesia machines, CBCT
- Fully staffed with CRNAs, assistants, and admin support
Compensation & Benefits:
- Daily guarantee or % collections
- No hardware fees (implants, grafts, membranes)
- Matching lab %
- Annual collections: $1M-$2.3M
- Signing/relocation bonus available
- Malpractice insurance provided
- Reimbursement for CE, licenses, memberships
- Full-time: Comprehensive benefits + partnership option after 1 year

Qualifications:
- DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. program
- Completed Oral Surgery residency
- Licensed (or eligible) in Arkansas
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with 3rd molars and implant placement
