A Family Practice physician with OB responsibilities providing primary care services to 7-10 patients daily. Position is based in South Bend, IN with a flexible Monday to Friday schedule, no weekends. This is a 5+ month 1099 contract role with negotiable pay and direct communication for immediate consideration.
