Qualifications
- MD or DO - Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Active state medical license (or willingness to obtain)
- DEA and up-to-date CPR (BLS/ACLS/PALS)
- Passion for senior care, prevention, and value-based medicine
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus - select locations
