Flexible 'Super Pool' role covering 5+ acute sites with cross-facility travel and varied shifts. Respiratory Therapist II (RRT) — full clinical role supporting acute respiratory care across at least five Novant Health locations in-region. Shift pattern varies; Super Pool float assignment; ongoing training provided. - Current RCP licensure in appropriate state - Minimum 1 year respiratory therapy experience - Associate degree required; BA/BS preferred - Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential

The Respiratory Therapist II (RRT) – Super Pool team member will train and be available to work in at least five (5) Novant Health acute respiratory care locations within their established region.

What We‘re Looking For:

• Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, Preferred. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree,preferred.
  
• Experience (Required): One year, required.
• Licensure/Certification (Required): Current RCP licensure in appropriate state,required.
