What We’re Looking For/Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (home improvement, cabinetry, or interior design a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through from lead to close
- Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to understand each client’s storage challenges and design goals
- Present tailored design options, materials, and finishes that align with the client’s needs and budget
- Partner with the installation teams to ensure projects run smoothly and exceed expectations
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate records in CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Actively build and nurture your own network of prospective clients through local outreach, referrals, and community engagement to drive new business
