Overview:
We’re hiring a Service/Bar Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This role leads daily front-of-house operations, including team supervision, bar management, guest experience, and scheduling, while partnering closely with the General Manager.
You’ll be a visible, hands-on leader committed to exceptional hospitality and a strong service culture.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and engage the front-of-house team with professionalism and energy
- Maintain a strong presence in the dining room, bar, and entry area
- Uphold hospitality standards and steps of service
- Write and manage front-of-house schedules to budget
- Interview, hire, and onboard hourly team members
- Oversee all bar operations, including purchasing, inventory, and maintaining theoretical cost of goods
- Conduct bi-weekly liquor, beer, and wine counts
- Support team development and training
- Partner with the General Manager for smooth day-to-day operations

- 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Experience in operations with $4M+ annual sales volume
- Strong knowledge of bar management, purchasing, and cost control
- Skilled in labor budgeting and schedule creation
- Passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset
- Clear, confident communicator and hands-on leader
