Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications::
- 1+ years of management experience in an upscale-casual, scratch kitchen environment
- Must have strong tenure, no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong beer, liquor and wine knowledge
- Full-service dining background
