Our job summary

The Executive Chef is a senior culinary manager responsible for leading chef managers and hourly kitchen staff to develop and execute menu items, ensure food quality, safety, and presentation, and meet production and labor targets. Duties include training and coaching staff, managing inventory and procurement, maintaining compliance with food safety and operational standards, and driving margin improvement through cost and waste control. The role requires at least 4 years culinary experience (2 years management preferred), culinary education or equivalent, and strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
