Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business and functional requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Utilize .NET, APIs, and SaaS to design, develop, and implement technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain software documentation, ensuring all specifications and workflows are accurately represented and updated.
- Use Axure Wireframing to design and implement user interface layouts that optimize user experience.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, ensuring all stakeholders' needs are captured and addressed.
- Translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the design and implementation of solutions align with business requirements.
- Continuously monitor system performance and functionality to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5 years+ of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role with hands on experience writing queries and exploring API's.
- Strong knowledge of .NET, SQL, API's, and SaaS platforms.
- Proficient in data analysis and able to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with Axure Wireframing and other wireframing tools.
- Proven experience in software documentation and requirements gathering.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in understandable terms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
