Pacific Companies is pleased to present an outpatient Rheumatology opportunity in Montana for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible physician seeking meaningful impact and balance. This role steps you into a high-demand practice with a significant unmet regional need and a complex, rewarding patient population. You ll practice 100% outpatient rheumatology with robust onsite services and strong institutional support designed to minimize administrative burden. Flexible scheduling options and no call allow you to tailor your workweek while maintaining high-quality, patient-centered care. Optional teaching and collaboration add professional variety in a collegial, multi-specialty environment.
Position, Compensation & Organization
- 100% outpatient rheumatology
- Practice location options in two Montana communities
- Only rheumatology presence in the immediate region with strong regional referrals
- Onsite infusion suite, pharmacy, radiology, lab, and DEXA scanning
- Broad referral base from internal medicine, family medicine, geriatrics, and regional primary care
- Pain management handled by dedicated pain providers
- Infusion services focused on appropriate, patient-centered care (not volume-driven)
- Flexible 3, 4, or 5-day workweek options
- No call; standard weekday clinic hours
- Option to add an APP for additional support and mentorship
- Dedicated clinic management and strong ancillary teams
- Optional teaching with internal medicine residents and medical students
- Base salary of $350,000 (negotiable by experience)
- 8 weeks paid time off (PTO + CME)
- Sign-on and relocation bonus
- $5,000 CME allowance plus $1,000 for licenses/dues
- 5 7% retirement match plus 457(b)
- Paid malpractice with tail
- J-1 waiver and H1B sponsorship support for qualifying candidates
