• Day Shift - 1 charge, 11 RN, 4 PCT
• Night Shift - 1 charge, 10 RN, 4 PCT
• Patient Ratios - 1:3-4 Step down, 1:4-6 med surg
• Type of equipment - lifts, chest tubes, cardiac drips, stable vented patients, trachs
• EMR - Cerner

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• 2 years nursing experience
• Experience working with trachs
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Previous experience with cerner
