Candidates must be board-certified or eligible in Pain Medicine, hold a valid Texas medical license, and have completed relevant fellowships and residencies.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the sole pain management physician at the facility

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility requirements
Additional Information
- Medical degree from an accredited institution required
- Completion of an accredited residency in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Neurology, or Family/Internal Medicine
- Fellowship training in Pain Medicine required
- Board certification or board eligibility in Pain Medicine required
- Valid medical license in Texas required
- DEA registration with appropriate schedules for prescribing controlled substances required
