COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)- Salary: $300K + Bonus + call pay
- Bonus = 40% of gross charges totaling over $420K
- Sign on Bonus: $160K day 1
- Call paid $125.00 Hr.
- CME - $5K +days
- Residency Stipend: $30K per year
- Retention bonus - 5% of annual salary
- Vacation - 6 weeks annually
- Holidays - 6 days annually
- Relocation - $12K
- Health, Dental, Life, Long-Term Disability, FICA - SS and Medicare
- 403 (b), Retirement plan 5% of salary
- Malpractice and Tail
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)- Clinic 8am-5pm M-F
- Call rotation 1:5 - IP/ER
- No OB required "but" is an option if interested - (C-sections)
- Skilled Nursing Facility/Swing beds
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)- BC or BE within 1 year of employment
