Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room position in Iowa with on-call responsibilities during the holiday period.
Responsibilities
- Position is in the Operating Room of a hospital setting
- 8-hour day shifts with required on-call coverage
- On-call coverage is required between 12/24 and 12/28
- Candidates must have minimal requested time off and be available for assigned on-call dates
- Responsibilities include daily perioperative nursing care and teamwork with surgical staff
- Candidates are expected to comply with all hospital policies and maintain verification of licensing and certification
Requirements
- Active IA or compact RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in the operating room
- All additional certifications required for the specialty
