Location: Northern California, Humboldt County Need: Permanent OB/GYN Start Date: As soon as credentialed Schedule: Full-time; 40 hours/week; Monday through Thursday in Clinic, Friday in Hospital; + Call Support Staff: 1 Clinic Nurse, 5 MAs, 1 Surgery Scheduler, 3 Front Office Requirements:

• Possession of, or Ability to attain active, unrestricted CA license
• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
• Unrestricted DEA
• Clean Background/DEA/NPDB for past 7 years
• Supervision of Mid-Level providers
• Ability to work as the solo Physician
• AHA Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP

Skills: Low risk pregnancy, High risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation, Ultrasound interpretation, Level 1 & 2 screening for viability and anatomical; Preferred: ultrasound performed L&D: routine delivery, complicated delivery (VBAC performance ability preferred), repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations Gynecology: office/minor procedure: IUD, Cysttoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc. Surgical Gynecology: open, laparoscopic diagnostic/minor - tubal ligation, LOSs, chroma tubation; operative/major: diagnostics, ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOAs; Laser certification is preferred but not required Salary: Base - $314-347K annually; Earning potential: $328 - $361K annually + wRVU bonuses; RVUS 8m100-9,000 Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance; Short & Long Term Disability; Paid Time Off; CME; Malpractice w/tail; Membership fees; Relocation assistance; Retirement Plan, Sign on Bonus; Loan Repayment Program
