Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in conveyor components and systems, is seeking an Assembly/Production Helper to join their team. As an Assembly/Production Helper, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Assemble conveyor components and sub-assemblies according to engineering specifications and work instructions.
- Operate production equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks on parts and finished assemblies; report any defects or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate production records and input data into manufacturing systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and basic engineering drawings.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
