This permanent, full-time position is for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join an established outpatient primary care group in Chicago, Illinois. The role involves working at two of three specified locations with a flexible 4- or 5-day workweek and offers partnership potential along with benefits including health, malpractice insurance, and a 401k plan.
