This position is for a board-certified or board-eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join a hospital-employed practice in Ohio, working primarily in outpatient clinics and the Cath Lab. The role includes patient care, call rotations, and access to advanced cardiovascular equipment, with opportunities for additional compensation through call pay and productivity bonuses. Currently seeking a BC/BE fellowship trained Interventional Cardiologist to join a well-established, hospital employed practice New outpatient clinic located on the main campus of the hospital 7a to 6p. Monday thru Thursday. Friday 7a to 12 noon. Join 7 physicians (Interventional, Non-Invasive, CT Surgery, Vascular Surgery), 5 APPs, 20 Clinical Staff, 14 Clerical Staff and 2 EKG Tech Call 1:3 weekend rotation, 1 night/week rotation, STEMI call shared with 2 other interventional cardiologists eligible to earn additional compensation by joining CERP See 35 patients per day in office; 30-40 inpatient per day when rounding; 12-14 patients per day during Cath Lab week Equipment: Phillips ECHO Systems, Phillips XPER Hemodynamics Cath Lab, Phillips Intellispace Cardiovascular, EECP Bed EHR Meditech2-year contract also includes: Vacation: 29 PTO (paid time off) days. Additional 5 days PTO when producing 75%tile wRVUs. CME/Books & Journals: 5 days PTO and up to $5000 Deferred compensation: 457b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $23,500 year before taxes. No matching. Retirement / Savings Plan: 403b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $23,500 year before taxes under age 50 and $31,000 for over age 50. Match dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay. Moving Expense: $10,000 paid to moving company Malpractice Insurance Coverage: in a claims made insurance, in an amount of $2,000,000, per claim/$6,000,000, aggregate Health Insurance: physician pays small premium, deducted from paycheck CERP (Pay for Call) Program: Explained by VP of Finance Bonus Incentives: excellent bonus incentives up to 10% of salary Medical School Loan Repayment: repay up to $200,000 ($25,000 per year for each year of service commitment) Residency Stipend: up to $25,000 (requires up to 2 year service commitment) Sign on Bonus: 15% of base salary up to $100,000 (paid when contract signed and forgiven over 2-4 years)
