Nurse Practitioner in Hospice and Palliative Care

Role Overview: Join an compassionate Care Team as a Nurse Practitioner, delivering individualized and patient-centered care to hospice and palliative care patients in the Dayton area. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive hospice and palliative care to patients
• Collaborate with a dedicated Care Team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care
• Manage a daily patient volume of 3-6 patients

Schedule:

• 4x10-hour days, Monday Friday, with a rotating day off (option for 5x8-hour days)

Requirements:

• Active MI state license
• DEA certification
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of NP experience with geriatric patients
