ARS-Rescue Rooter seeks an experienced HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems in the Cleveland area. The role offers competitive pay, benefits including health insurance and 401(k), and company-provided tools and vehicles. Candidates must have 3-5 years of HVAC experience, EPA certification or the ability to obtain it, and be able to work in physically demanding environments.
Earning potential over $100K/year based on performance
Sign-on Bonus: $3000

Qualifications:What You Need:
- 3-5 years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
- Work in outside conditions and in tight spaces.
- Use of ladders for roof access.
