Position highlights:

• High-complexity VA Medical Center with robust resources onsite servicing central Indiana
  
• Opportunity to expand the Cardiology imaging program, the ability to interpret transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) and perform transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) including intraprocedural TEE for structural heart interventions is desired
  
• Monday-Friday schedule with light call
• Access to Clinical Pharmacists onsite
  
• A high-quality, patient-focused team including Nurse Practitioners
• Advanced Cardiac center with Cath/Electrophysiology labs, Cardiac Surgery and imaging onsite
• Cardiology fellowship program and teaching service with opportunity for academic appointment
• Up to $200K in student loan reimbursement

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of ACGME accredited Cardiology fellowship
• BE/BC American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) Cardiovascular Disease
  
• Current full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.

Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases
Paid Time Off: 50–55 days (8-hour shifts estimated) of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible up to 5 day paid absence for CME. Opportunity for up to 12 weeks paid Parental leave.
