$500/shift strike incentive for locum hospitalists covering PSV during strike. Locum Hospitalist, inpatient adult-only coverage in Oregon starting 1/31/2025 (may be needed sooner); day/swing/night shifts, no call; ongoing assignment; temporary privileges available; expedited licensing possible. - Must be a licensed Physician hospitalist OR willing to obtain Oregon license (expedited OMB possible) - Comfortable crossing picket line and available to start 1/31/2025 (or sooner) - Clean file preferred for faster temporary privileges - Agree to removal of 30-day cancellation term when bidding

Inpatient - No call January 31 ongoing **PLEASE READ** STRIKE COVERAGE NEEDED. PROVIDERS MUST BE OK WITH CROSSING THE PICKET LINE AND HAVE AVAILABILITY STARTING 1/31/2025. POSSIBILITY THEY MAY BE NEEDED SOONER BUT AS OF NOW 1/31 START. BY BIDDING A PROVIDER YOU AGREE TO REMOVING THE 30 DAY CANCELLATION TERMS ON THIS ASSIGNMENT. We would like to offer an additional incentive of $500/shift to the contracted shift rates for physicians and NPs currently privileged and scheduled at PSV to best support our valued locum providers. 1. These increased rates will be for shifts worked only for duration of physician/NP strike. Once strike ends this incentive will be inactive. Duration of timeframe will be updated weekly starting 1.17.25 2. Applies to PSV ONLY This is going to be 100% adult. No PED. Coverage needed will be day, swing and night shifts. OT will need preapproved by the site.TEMP PRIVILEGES will be offered, we do prefer providers with clean files to help the process go along faster. We will look at providers who are unlicensed but willing to obtain one. The site has the ability to get them expedited licensing with OMB.
