Project Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience coordinating, or assisting with fire alarm projects within a fire alarm company
- Ability to assist with multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to review plans and specifications and participating in project cost reviews
- Strong coordination skills with field teams regarding project performance
- Availability to work 5 days on-site in Brooklyn
Project Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in developing department standards and procedures
- Ability to coordinate project progress, including contracts, financials, scope of work, materials, and coordination
- Skills in scheduling teams of installers and programmers for assigned projects
- Strong accountability for the overall success of installation and project performance
