Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to a diverse panel of adult and pediatric patients, potentially including some chronic pain management.
• Conduct thorough patient histories, perform physical examinations, diagnose illnesses and injuries, and develop effective treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide preventive care services such as immunizations and health screenings.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records within the Epic electronic medical record system, ensuring chart closure within 72 hours.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted California (CA) medical license.
• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty is preferred. We will also consider board-eligible (BE) physicians within five years of residency completion.
• DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine) licensure is also welcome.
• Experience in an outpatient primary care setting is preferred.
• Excellent clinical judgment, decision-making skills, and strong clinical foundation in primary care medicine.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families of all ages.
