Direct Hire Registered Nurse Role $46.47 per hour in Abingon, Pennsylvania

Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network, is looking for Float Pool (Acute Care) RN's to join our partner's night shift team near Abington, Pennsylvania. This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY.

Key Responsibilities:
• Float within various acute care inpatient settings to provide exceptional patient care
• Assesses patient condition during each shift as scheduled and/or as needed, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to educate patient and their support system.
• Analyzes, modifies, and implements strategies to progress the patient through their plan of care.
• Ensures completion of nursing interventions, medical orders, and other related therapies.
• Prioritizes job duties according to patients' needs and changing acuity levels.

Key Requirements:
• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
• BSN preferred but not required
• At least 2+ years of recent acute care, hospital RN experience
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation and Schedule:
• Pay rates begin at $46.47
