Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Medical Surgical Nurse with experience in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in medical-surgical units, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients' health status and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatment as prescribed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Document patient care accurately and timely in the medical record
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate on care plans
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
- Active Compact License at the time of submission
