Required: BE, GA Active License, BLS, PALS Certified
Looking for provider to work M-F 8a - 5p in the clinics may need providers to work 3 days at 1 site and float to another for 2 days. Hospital would like a provider that can see ALL AGES.
Once credentialing receives a complete package, 21 days for credentialing to be completed.
Epic training is required and cannot be completed until credentialing is complete. All shifts are projected/targeted start times, all contingent on the completion of credentialing.
