Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Float Pool night shift position requiring a NM or compact RN license and at least 1 year of nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the nursing float pool of a hospital setting
- Float to multiple units as needed throughout the hospital
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week assignment duration
- Care for diverse med/surg patient populations
- Will provide care and support across multiple departments as a float RN
- May be required to float between various units depending on staffing needs
- Orientation and ongoing support provided onsite
- Scrub or dress code requirements will be provided prior to assignment
Requirements
- Active NM or compact RN license required prior to start
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience required
- Current, non-expired certifications must be provided for consideration
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for this travel position
