Director of People and Talent Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the restaurant industry
- SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
- Proven experience in strategic HR leadership and talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance specific to the hospitality industry
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and reports to inform strategic decisions
- Experience managing employee relations and conflict resolution
