• Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) License
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Minimum 1 year of recent OT experience, preferably in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or rehabilitation settings
• Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
