Board-Certified/Eligible Urologist; Monday–Friday 8–5 (half-day Fri possible); South Bend, Northern Indiana; full-time, partnership track after 1 year; immediate start; salary $450,000–$575,000. - Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology
- MD/DO with state medical license (or eligible)
- Experience with general urology procedures (cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsy, stone disease, BPH)
- Comfortable with OR and robotic/laparoscopic cases
- Ability to work with APPs and lead collaborative teams

Join a busy general urology group with immediate patient volume Clinic + OR Mix:
Balanced outpatient clinic and surgical cases Comprehensive Scope:
General urology including cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsy, stone disease, incontinence, and BPH procedures Advanced Technology:
Access to robotic and laparoscopic surgery in the hospital Strong Support:
Dedicated APPs, nursing staff, medical assistants, and an experienced practice manager Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8a–5p (half-day Friday possible) Light Call Immediate Volume:
Busy from day one with a strong internal and external referral base Compensation & Benefits
