American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 2 years of recent specialty experience and CPI certification.
Responsibilities- Work in the Emergency Care Center at a hospital setting
- Patient population includes emergency and acute care cases
- Day shifts from 6:45AM to 7:15PM
- 13-week travel contract
- May substitute SAMA, MAB, or ACPMA certifications for CPI if required by facility
- Responsibilities include providing patient care to emergency and critically ill patients and responding to rapid changes in patient condition
- Will be part of a multidisciplinary emergency care team
- Date of birth documentation required for consideration
- Active RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of recent emergency department experience
- Current certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI)
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the last 12 months
- U.S. Social Security Number required (no Canadian SSNs accepted)
- Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
