Locums - Pennsylvania Cardiothoracic Surgery Job - 40 Minutes from Pittsburgh

Please ask about our generous referral fees!• Locum job opening• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible cardiothoracic surgeon• Start Date: ASAP• Schedule: 10 consecutive days per month (flexible - open to discussion)• Coverage includes the hospital's CT service and occasional outpatient clinic visits (clinic located two blocks from the hospital)• Physician will have the support of two APPs for rounding, outpatient visits, and OR cases

Typical Day:• Morning rounding with APPs• Emergency OR cases and consults as needed• Rarely a full 8-hour day in the hospital on weekdays

Workload Details:

• Inpatients: 1

• Admissions: 0-1

• Consults: 1-2

• Outpatient visits: 0-1

• Surgical cases: 0-1

• Evaluations: 1-2

Call & Coverage:• 24-hour shifts (7a-7a)• Typically, no overnight calls or emergencies - only one overnight case in 2025 so far
