JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active Texas medical license (IMLC accepted)
- Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- DEA: Required
- Certifications: As required by facility
- Experience: Comfortable supervising CRNAs and covering OB cases
- Other Qualifications: Ability to work in a high-volume acute care OR environment
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide anesthesia services for a wide range of surgical procedures
- Supervise up to 14 CRNAs within a care team model
- Participate in scheduled clinical shifts and in-house call coverage
- Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and anesthesia colleagues
- Ensure safe, effective anesthetic care and timely documentation
