Seeking a board-certified or eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a community hospital setting, including routine deliveries, consultations, and occasional call coverage. Requires valid Wisconsin medical license, MD or DO, at least 2 years post-residency experience, strong clinical and communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with a small-volume OB unit. Preference given for experience in low-volume obstetrics, community hospitals, and minimally invasive gynecologic procedures; flexible scheduling with call roughly once or twice monthly.

Required Skills:
- Valid medical license in the state of Wisconsin
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Proven experience in providing obstetric and gynecologic care
- Strong clinical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and patient management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in low-volume obstetric settings
- Familiarity with community hospital environments
- Skills in minimally invasive gynecologic procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of practice experience post-residency
- Ongoing commitment to professional development in women's health
Other Requirements:
- Ability to cover call duties as scheduled, approximately once or twice per month
- Willingness to work in a community hospital setting with a small volume of deliveries (under 100 per year)
- Flexibility on dates for call coverage, with some scheduling adjustments
Compensation:
Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
