Requirements:

Become a valued member of Saint Francis Medical Partners! Medical Partners are held to the highest standard of professional excellence and are required to meet the following:

1. BC Surgery certification; BE/BC Thoracic Surgery certification
2. Missouri Physician license or ability to obtain a license upon credentialing
3. Active Missouri DEA and BNDD registration or ability to obtain upon credentialing

Responsibilities:

Join a dynamic group of 2 CT Surgeons, 2 Vascular Surgeons, and 3 APPs (1 CT APP, 2 Vascular APPs)

1. Work schedule: M-F 8:00am 4:30pm outpatient clinic
2. Clinic days for CT Surgery are currently Wednesdays

• Average patients seen in clinic is 15-20 per clinic day
• CT Surgery PA also sees her own patients in clinic

1. Call is 1:2 currently, rotate weekends and holidays (would be 1:3)
2. Average number of patients in procedures per day: 3-4
3. Average census of inpatients: 7-10 with a max range of 15

• CT APP rounds on patients, as well

1. Two Dedicated Heart ORs with dedicated CVOR Team and with DaVinci Robots ( an ), 5 Cath Labs, 1 Hybrid Suite
2. Cardiac ICU, Progressive Step-Down Inpatient unit, and Outpatient Cardiac Rehab available
3. CVS service line volume increases from FY23 to FY24 was 13% and it s projected to increase for this fiscal year.
